Custom Mould Parts & Precision Components, Built to Your Drawings
XXmold manufactures custom die components, carbide punches, wear parts and precision mould parts for demanding industrial buyers worldwide. Send a drawing, sample or reference code — our engineers turn it into a stable, repeatable part with European / Japanese quality, at a China cost advantage.

The high-end capability of Europe & Japan, at a China cost advantage
Custom tooling is a high-stakes purchase. Here is why procurement teams and mould makers trust us with parts they cannot afford to get wrong.
High-End Technical Capability
We run China's best precision-tooling processes — CNC machining, wire & sinker EDM, jig grinding and profile grinding — to hold micron-level tolerances on hardened tool steel and tungsten carbide. The complex geometries and demanding drawings many shops decline are what we build every day.
Lower Cost Than Europe / Japan / Korea
The same drawing, produced to the same specification, typically costs 20-40% less than sourcing in Europe, Japan or Korea — with no compromise on material grade, heat treatment or inspection. You keep the quality and reinvest the savings.
Flexible Lead Times, Your Schedule
Need a rush replacement to keep a line running, or a planned series over months? We flex both ways — expedited single parts in days, and scheduled batch production with reserved capacity. Real-time scheduling keeps your project moving.
Proven Global Custom Experience
Thousands of custom jobs shipped to mould makers, stampers and OEMs across 30+ countries. We read international standards (DIN / ASTM / JIS / GB), speak your technical language and anticipate the details that make a custom part fit and last.

Engineering support from drawing to delivery
A dedicated engineer owns your project end to end — reviewing your drawing, recommending material and process, flagging cost-saving design tweaks, and keeping one point of contact through production, inspection and shipping.
- DFM feedback before you commit — avoid costly tooling mistakes
- Material & heat-treat advice matched to your application
- One accountable contact for even the most complex orders
- Full documentation: dimensional, material & hardness reports

Custom manufacturing FAQ
The questions buyers ask most before starting a custom or replacement order.
Can you manufacture custom parts directly from my drawings or samples?
Yes. Send a 2D/3D drawing, a physical sample or even a reference code. Our engineers review material, tolerance and manufacturability, then quote a made-to-drawing part. If information is missing, we ask precise questions before production.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts from a single piece. We regularly produce one-off replacement parts, prototypes and trial runs, as well as scheduled series production.
Is your price really lower than Europe, Japan or Korea?
In most cases yes — typically 20-40% lower for the same specification — because we manufacture in-house in China with an efficient supply chain, while still using certified materials, proper heat treatment and full inspection.
How fast can you deliver?
Lead time depends on complexity and quantity. Rush replacement parts can ship in days; standard custom parts usually take 1-3 weeks. We reserve capacity for planned series so your schedule stays predictable.
Which materials and coatings can you work with?
Tool steels (H13, D2, P20, S7, DIN 1.2344 / 1.2379 and more), tungsten carbide, HSS, stainless steel, copper alloys and engineering plastics; coatings include DLC, TiN, TiCN, AlTiN, CrN, nitriding and hard chrome. See the material and coating tables above.
How do you guarantee quality on high-end custom parts?
Every job runs through DFM review, in-process control and final CMM inspection. We supply dimensional, material and hardness reports on request and stand behind the parts we ship.
Will my drawings and design stay confidential?
Yes. We treat customer drawings as confidential and are glad to sign an NDA before you share sensitive files.
What are your payment terms and shipping options?
Flexible terms for qualified business accounts. We ship worldwide by express, air or sea freight with rust-preventive protective packing, and can work with your forwarder if preferred.
